Any member of the Association can be elected a Trustee. The Trustee board should consist of 5 Trustees. A volunteer will need to be able to attend meetings.

  • Enforce the Subdivision Indentures
  • Maintain financial records, tax filings, and meeting minutes
  • Pay monthly electric bills for street lights (Currently set-up as direct withdrawal).
  • Pay Liability Insurance for common grounds/ponds.
  • Provide for maintenance and enforce regulations as they pertain to the water detention ponds
  • Obtain/pay for lawncare/maintenance services of common grounds.
  • File State and Federal IRS tax form annually (Non-profit, no taxes due unless earned interest exceeds $100).
  • File 'Annual Report' with Missouri Secretary of State to maintain certificate of incorporation.
  • Deposit annual assessment fees in a timely fashion.
  • Establish bi-annual meetings.
  • Establish Trustee meetings about every two months.
  • Request/gather volunteers for subdivision improvements/projects.
  • Provide annual newsletter to residents.
  • Mail assessment fee notices to residents.
  • Greet new residents to subdivision.
  • Provide realtors with a copy of Rosedale Restriction Indentures for new homeowners.
  • Up-date Title companies with current Trustee contact phone number

What a Trustee does not do:


If you have an issue that involves our Indentures and is not covered by local/county/state ordinances, contact a Trustee. Trustees do not intervene in neighbor disputes that do not involve Rosedale Indentures. If a resident has an unresolved complaint or problem with another resident or property, he or she should contact the appropriate civic/government agency or authority. If needed, call Arnold City Hall for assistance. If a problem exists within the subdivisions common grounds, please feel free to notify a Trustee.
